The AELAB HP500-Pro uses an efficient heating module beneath a high-conductivity glass ceramic plate. As current flows through the heating element, heat transfers evenly across the work surface. When connected, the PT1000 sensor regulates temperature directly at the sample, ensuring superior accuracy for sensitive applications.

The heating module distributes thermal energy uniformly across the ceramic plate. Users program the heating range (Room Temp.–500 °C) in 1 °C increments. The onboard controller maintains ±1 °C accuracy, and the PT1000 sensor enables closed-loop feedback directly from the sample vessel. Real-time temperature and timer values are displayed on the LCD for precise process monitoring.
