The AELAB R6 features a fully integrated all-glass distillation structure incorporating advanced infrared ceramic radiation heating for uniform, high-efficiency thermal performance. The design eliminates open flames, ensures low power consumption, and provides long service life with strong corrosion resistance. A dedicated external cooling circulating water module supports stable condensation and minimizes thermal interference.
The R6 performs automated water sample distillation using programmable heating (0–400 °C), precise distillation mass settings (0–3000 g), and real-time weighing end-point control. The instrument dynamically displays working status on a 7-inch LCD touchscreen. When the selected distillation mass is reached, the system automatically terminates heating and activates audible alarms. Integrated anti-suckback structures, built-in one-way valves, and customized condensers prevent reflux contamination and ensure analytical integrity.
The R6 utilizes an LCD touch interface enabling fast parameter input, real-time status visualization, and controlled access to distillation modes. Data, timing ranges, and operational parameters can be configured directly on the instrument. The system supports GLP-oriented procedural traceability with stable, repeatable distillation workflows.
