The AELAB Optima-6+ uses a 6-position single-hole heating module with far-infrared ceramic radiation technology. The system produces uniform heating with no open flame, high thermal efficiency, and stable long-life operation. All heating components are independently controlled without cross-interference. The frame supports external cooling water circulation, providing efficient condensation and stable reflux during each distillation run. The LCD touch screen is externally mounted to prevent contamination and ensure clear visibility.
The Optima-6+ stabilizes temperature while controlling distillation progression through integrated weighing and timing logic. When the programmed mass or time threshold is reached, the system automatically terminates heating and activates the anti-suckback valve to prevent backflow. Active cooling water circulation maintains a controlled condensation zone, ensuring reproducible distillate collection across all six positions.
The Optima-6+ integrates weighing and timing terminals for data acquisition and real-time operational monitoring. Distillation programs can be selected, stored, and customized directly through the LCD touch screen. The system supports GLP-style recordkeeping through stable operational logs.
