The Methane/NMHC/THC Analyzer employs high-temperature heat tracing and an advanced double-valve, column-parallel back-blowing chromatographic separation system to automatically and precisely analyze methane, non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), and total hydrocarbons (THC) by sequentially collecting gas samples into a quantitative loop, separating components via specialized columns, and utilizing reverse carrier gas flow to expel NMHCs without detection interference, ensuring accurate and efficient hydrocarbon profiling.

  • The FID flame will light automatically after a warm-up time. It is continuous online analysis, automatic cycle operation at startup.
  • Because the content of non-methane total hydrocarbon is calculated by the difference between total hydrocarbon and methane content, which significantly shortens the analysis cycle, analysiscycle less than 1.5 minutes operation continuously with free maintenance.
  • The high-temperature heat tracing technology developed for high boiling non-methane total hydrocarbon significantly reduces the chromatographic peak broadening of high boiling non-methane total hydrocarbons and allows the instrument to accurately measure the non-methane total hydrocarbons of high boiling substances amount.

The analyzer employs a double-valve, column-parallel back-blowing system to separate methane, NMHC, and THC. Gas samples are collected in a quantitative loop, separated using specialized chromatographic columns, and detected via FID technology. Reverse carrier gas flow ensures that NMHCs are expelled without interference, enabling accurate and stable measurements.
