The Methane/NMHC/THC Analyzer employs high-temperature heat tracing and an advanced double-valve, column-parallel back-blowing chromatographic separation system to automatically and precisely analyze methane, non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), and total hydrocarbons (THC) by sequentially collecting gas samples into a quantitative loop, separating components via specialized columns, and utilizing reverse carrier gas flow to expel NMHCs without detection interference, ensuring accurate and efficient hydrocarbon profiling.
Features
The analyzer employs a double-valve, column-parallel back-blowing system to separate methane, NMHC, and THC. Gas samples are collected in a quantitative loop, separated using specialized chromatographic columns, and detected via FID technology. Reverse carrier gas flow ensures that NMHCs are expelled without interference, enabling accurate and stable measurements.
