The AELAB MS-H280-Pro LED Digital Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer is engineered for high reliability in small-volume laboratory tasks, providing digital temperature and stirring control with rapid heating up to 280 °C. The MS-H280-Pro supports stable performance with a brushless DC motor, user-friendly adjustment knobs, and a compact footprint suitable for research, educational, and industrial laboratory environments.
The AELAB MS-H280-Pro features a durable Stainless Steel work plate coated with ceramic for enhanced chemical resistance and uniform heat distribution. The internal Brushless DC motor minimizes noise and maintenance needs while extending operational lifespan. A clear LED interface displays both stirring speed and temperature, ensuring accurate process control in routine laboratory heating and mixing tasks.
The instrument generates a controlled magnetic field beneath the ceramic-coated plate, rotating a magnetic stirring bar within the vessel to homogenize samples effectively. The integrated heating system stabilizes plate temperature from ambient to 280 °C. For high-accuracy thermal measurement, the MS-H280-Pro supports a PT1000 external sensor, enabling liquid-phase temperature feedback with ±0.2 °C precision.
The MS-H280-Pro provides LED-based operational feedback for stirring and temperature settings. External temperature control is enabled via PT1000 sensor integration, supporting GLP-compliant traceability. No data connector is required for standard standalone operation.
