

The AELAB Optima-W4 multifunctional ice-bath distillation apparatus is designed according to laboratory distillation pretreatment procedures and integrates constant-temperature heating, endpoint control, and active cooling circulating water. The system enables precise temperature control, anti-suckback protection, uniform heating, and high-efficiency reflux for reliable sample pretreatment.

The AELAB Optima-W4 features a four-position single-hole heating structure with individual control for each unit. The design incorporates advanced far-infrared ceramic radiation heating technology that provides uniform heating, high efficiency, and long service life. The integrated semiconductor refrigeration module reaches temperatures as low as 30°C, preventing volatilization during distillation. External circulating cooling water ensures stable ice-bath conditions. An LCD touch screen positioned outside the main body prevents corrosion and enhances usability.
The Optima-W4 performs quantitative distillation by heating the sample under controlled conditions while maintaining active cooling. A high-precision liquid level sensor detects the endpoint based on the receiving liquid volume. Once the preset volume or time is reached, heating automatically stops and the outlet is locked to prevent excessive distillation. Six distillation modes are built into the system, allowing the operator to select temperature, timing, and quantification parameters, which are stored for repeated use.
The Optima-W4 uses an LCD touch screen interface for method configuration, data viewing, and operational control. Parameters can be customized, stored, and recalled for consistent QA/QC workflows. The interface supports GLP-style record keeping and workflow traceability.
