The AELAB JP-3001 Nucleic Acid Protein Detector is designed to support biochemical experiments and biological drug production. It automatically and quantitatively collects liquid droplets from chromatography columns to direct different active groups into dedicated tubes. This ensures efficient separation and sample handling across diverse laboratory workflows.
The system allows parameters to be arbitrarily set, including pipe selection, drop timing, peak value control, and full program customization. A 7″ capacitive liquid crystal touch screen enables intuitive configuration and real-time monitoring of collection operations.
The AELAB JP-3001 incorporates a corrosion-resistant structure suitable for handling water-soluble and organic solvents used in column chromatography. A 65° bevel control panel promotes ergonomic operation, allowing settings to be adjusted without bending. The suspension X-Y movement architecture ensures accurate alignment and positioning of the collection pipe, while the square test-tube tray holder integrates an optional waste liquid tank for efficient fluid management.
The JP-3001 regulates droplet collection based on programmable timing, drop count, or peak values. A 12V DC solenoid valve controls pipe switching, while the X-Y movement mechanism positions the outlet precisely over the target tube. Operators can select 1–10 collection sections and apply multiple program modes for sequential or peak-based operations. The system can also collect by volume or threshold when integrated with Blupad 1.0 control software.
The JP-3001 operates with Blupad 1.0 control software (online mode), enabling data management, threshold-based collection, and workflow automation. The system supports external software integration for chromatographic synchronization and GLP-compliant data handling.
