The AELAB OS-Pro Series LCD Digital Overhead Stirrers provide high-precision stirring performance for laboratories requiring accuracy, power, and operational stability. Built with brushless DC motors, torque display, and LCD speed monitoring, the OS20-Pro, OS40-Pro, and OS70-Pro support a broad range of viscosities up to 100000 mPa·s, ensuring dependable performance in research and industrial quality control environments.
These overhead stirrers maintain constant speed under changing load conditions, offering smooth start/stop control, overload protection, and long service life. They are suitable for continuous operation in chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical formulation, and material testing workflows.
The AELAB OS-Pro Series integrates a high-torque Brushless DC Motor for stable and maintenance-free operation. The LCD interface displays speed, torque, and system protection alerts for clear process oversight. A precision chuck accommodates shafts from 0.5–10 mm, while the IP21-rated housing supports safe daily laboratory use. The system includes a sealed silicone-covered drill chuck and optimized paddle design for efficient mixing at varying viscosities.
The instrument regulates stirring speed through an internal microprocessor that compensates for load fluctuations during mixing. The operator sets the required rpm, and the system stabilizes rotation even as viscosity changes. Real-time torque feedback, LCD indication, and overload protection circuits ensure accurate and controlled processing of liquid, semi-solid, and high-viscosity materials.
The RS232 interface allows data communication and external logging under GLP environments. The system supports PC connectivity for monitoring speed, torque, and runtime where required.
