With a heat capacity of 14400 J/K ~ 15000 J/K, the XRY-1A ensures accurate and repeatable determination of fuel energy content for industrial and academic laboratories.
Suitable for testing coal, diesel oil, jet fuel, paraffin, and other combustible samples, the XRY-1A provides precise thermal value analysis without water interference. Its stainless-steel bomb design, high-pressure resistance, and automatic stirring system enable stable and reliable combustion testing under controlled conditions.
The instrument incorporates a fully sealed oxygen bomb structure made of corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel. The cross-section of the inner cylinder is pyriform with a 3 kg capacity, ensuring efficient heat transfer. The double-layer external water jacket and electric stirrer maintain temperature uniformity throughout the test cycle.
The XRY-1A measures the heat of combustion by burning the sample in an oxygen atmosphere within a sealed stainless-steel bomb. The released heat increases the water temperature in the surrounding jacket, which is recorded with a 0.001 K-resolution thermometer. The calorific value is computed using the system’s calibrated heat capacity and corrected for environmental factors.
The system includes a digital control unit with temperature monitoring, automatic stirring, and data storage capability. Results can be exported or logged via connected PC software for further thermal analysis and GLP documentation.
