The A180 and A181 Professional DO/BOD/OUR/SOUR Meters are precision instruments designed for accurate measurement of dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), oxygen uptake rate (OUR), and specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) in water samples. The A180 model provides advanced measurements including DO, BOD, OUR, and SOUR, while the A181 model focuses on dissolved oxygen and oxygen saturation percentage.
These meters feature 1 or 2-point push-button calibration using either air-saturated water or a zero-oxygen solution for quick and accurate results. To ensure precise DO measurements, the meters compensate for salinity and barometric pressure. The meters also offer selectable testing times, which are used for OUR and SOUR calculations, as well as an Auto-Read feature that locks the measurement once the endpoint is reached. A stability indicator ensures that you only record stable readings, and a calibration due reminder prompts you to perform regular calibrations for optimal performance.
