The AELAB AE-CXC-06 features a robust multi-position digestion system with six parallel sample stations for consistent fiber analysis throughput. The analyzer quantifies raw or coarse fiber content through sequential acid and alkali digestion. Samples undergo a defined heating period of 40 minutes in acid and 40 minutes in alkali, followed by filtration and washing for 20 minutes. Soluble matter is eliminated, and the remaining residue is adjusted by subtracting ash content after high-temperature burning. This process delivers stable reproducibility for both low-fiber (<10%) and high-fiber (>10%) sample classes.
The AE-CXC-06 is designed for laboratory environments with standard AC220V/50Hz power supply. It integrates seamlessly with external balances and LIMS or data-management systems through standard workflow procedures, ensuring complete traceability under GLP-aligned documentation protocols.
