The AELAB Pilot Scale Digital Control Rotary Evaporator Series (RE500-E / RE1000-E / RE2000-E / RE5000-E) is engineered for high-efficiency solvent evaporation in research, industrial, and pilot-scale laboratories. Featuring advanced PID temperature control, a powerful brushless motor, and large-capacity evaporation flasks (5–50 L), this series delivers precision, safety, and durability for demanding applications.
The AELAB RE-E rotary evaporators utilize a vertical double-layer high-efficiency condenser with anti-backflow construction and large cooling surface area for optimized evaporation capacity. The evaporation system integrates chemical-resistant PTFE sealing, a Teflon-coated heat bath, and professional airtight engineering for long operational life. The robust motorized lift enables smooth and stable adjustment of the rotary flask position.
The RE-E rotary evaporator operates by rotating the evaporation flask under reduced pressure, lowering the solvent’s boiling point to accelerate evaporation. The rotating motion forms a thin film on the flask surface, while the water or oil bath (20–100°C or 20–180°C optional) provides precise thermal energy. Vapors pass upward into the high-efficiency condenser, where they cool and collect in the receiving flask. This workflow ensures gentle, efficient solvent recovery suitable for temperature-sensitive samples.
The RE-E Series supports digital LCD temperature and rotation control, timer functions, and optional vacuum control modules for integrated evaporation workflows. External chillers, vacuum pumps, and solvent recovery systems can be easily connected for process automation.
