The SPE semi-automatic solid phase extraction instrument accurately controls the flow rate through the column through a screw pump. Features:

• Two sets of pumps are used to control the extraction and delivery of liquid respectively to prevent the mixing and cross-contamination of liquid solvents in the pipeline.
• The peristaltic pump tube uses Teflon-lined tube-TYGON® CHEMICAL, which can be used in almost all solvents and can be customized with different materials.
• Each pump controls 2 channels. Each pump group consists of 1-4 pumps, with a maximum of 8 channels. The four models correspond to SPE-S2/S4/S6/S8.
• Double-column series extraction or even multi-column series extraction can be used, which can be used for large and small volume solid phase extraction.
• Each pump is individually calibrated to ensure flow rate parallelism.
• The column volume of each channel can be fine-tuned to solve column imbalance caused by pressure imbalance.
• Set liquid volume and flow rate directly through the touch screen.
• A liquid reservoir is added above the extraction column to load a large amount of liquid at one time to avoid repeated operations.
