The AELAB LGJ-200F/300F silicon oil heating freeze dryer integrates a dual-color touch screen and PLC controller to ensure stable, reliable operation during lyophilization. The system supports 33 groups of freeze-drying programs, each containing up to 36 segments, enabling precise and repeatable control of temperature, vacuum, and drying curves.

Freeze-drying data can be exported via USB flash disk for GLP documentation. Designed for pilot-scale and small-scale production, the LGJ-200F/300F models use cascade refrigeration with two compressors to reach condenser temperatures below −75 °C. Samples can be frozen and dried directly on the shelves, supported by an air-cooling system for easy installation and operation.

Silicon oil circulates through the shelf system to stabilize thermal uniformity. Defrosting is performed by water soaking for rapid condenser recovery.
