The TB-H240-V1 features a durable transparent glass bath (Ø150×100 mm) for unobstructed observation of samples and reaction states. High-quality heating elements and integrated sensors support efficient thermal transfer, while the remote controller allows safe operation up to 1 m from the bath. The system incorporates a safety guard to prevent direct contact between vessels and the heating tube.
The instrument regulates liquid temperature using intelligent PID control. A PT1000 external sensor continuously monitors real-time heat conditions, enabling closed-loop adjustments for ±0.5 °C precision. Heating output up to 350 W ensures rapid ramping to target temperatures within the 25–240 °C range. The LED display supports clear, stable readout of set and actual values.
The TB-H240-V1 includes a separated controller module with LED display and tactile buttons for easy operation. It supports integration into modern laboratory environments, fume hoods, and controlled reaction stations via remote operation capability (1 m cable length).
