



The AELAB TC1000 Thermal Cycler Series combines advanced gradient temperature control, high-performance Peltier heating and cooling, and modern touchscreen operation for professional PCR workflows. Designed for PCR optimization, the TC1000-S/G/G-Pro models support Touchdown PCR, Long PCR, and complex multistep amplification programs. These instruments are engineered for molecular biology, gene detection, cloning, and expression analysis with excellent temperature accuracy and stability.
Featuring precise temperature compensation technology, the TC1000 Thermal Cyclers ensure reliable thermal uniformity across the block. Gradient capability in TC1000-G and TC1000-G-Pro accelerates method development by enabling simultaneous evaluation of multiple annealing temperatures for new primer sets.
The AELAB TC1000-S/G/G-Pro Thermal Cyclers utilize a durable Aluminum block, high-resolution LCD touch display, and robust Peltier elements for rapid heating and cooling. The hot-lid system regulates condensation and maintains stable reaction conditions, while the TC1000-G-Pro incorporates an enhanced 1024 × 600 display and integrated communication interfaces, including USB and WIFI for data transfer and network-based workflow integration.
The system regulates temperature through programmable steps for denaturation, annealing, and extension. Using Peltier-based thermal control, the block transitions rapidly between setpoints while ensuring uniformity at 55°C. Gradient-enabled models (TC1000-G and TC1000-G-Pro) apply a calibrated temperature differential of 1–42°C across the block for annealing optimization, supporting high-throughput protocol development for gene amplification and mutation analysis.
The TC1000-G-Pro model includes WIFI and USB interfaces for LAN connectivity, PC integration, protocol backup, and multi-user control. All models support USB-based firmware updating and data management.
