

The AELAB GH Series Water-proof Incubator is designed for stable and accurate temperature-controlled incubation in biological, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories. Constructed with a mirror-polished Stainless Steel chamber and a Cold Rolled Steel exterior, it offers superior corrosion resistance and heat uniformity for precision testing environments.
The GH Series adopts a high-quality cold-rolled steel shell with electrostatic spraying treatment for long-term durability. The inner chamber is manufactured from mirror-polished Stainless Steel, ensuring easy cleaning and uniform thermal distribution. It features a double-sealed glass interior door, a magnetic outer door with rubber sealing bar, and an overflow protection system to prevent deformation of the water jacket.
Utilizing a natural convection heating system and PT100 temperature sensor, the AELAB GH Incubator maintains precise temperature regulation through a PID microcomputer controller. The system continuously monitors and adjusts internal temperature, ensuring uniform distribution across all shelves. The digital LED interface displays real-time temperature and setpoints, enabling accurate and stable incubation control.
The GH Series supports optional connectivity including external alarm output, printer interface, and PC communication for temperature logging and quality traceability. The control module ensures compliance with GLP standards for calibration and monitoring.
