July was a month full of achievements and great memories for AELAB. We secured an international tender in Mongolia and Egypt & Brazil Project successfully handle over to cusotmer. Meanwhile, we enjoyed a relaxing team trip to Guilin. Efficient global service ability, on time shipments and our team’s growth made this July even more special.
1.Mongolia & Brazil Project Success and Delivery
Congratulations to AELAB for winning the government tender for the ICP-OES Spectrometer project in Mongolia! Our team accompanied the client throughout the entire process—from providing detailed product specifications to recommending tailored, professional solutions that perfectly met the bidding requirements. Ultimately, we helped our customer successfully secure the order.
Meanwhile, the ICP project for the Brazilian client has been officially delivered. Prior to shipment, we carefully prepared installation videos and operation videos for the machine, and took photos of the main unit and spare parts, making it convenient for the client to install and debug the machine according to the videos after receiving it. In addition, our engineers provided full-process online assistance to the client. Whenever there were any technical issues, we could maintain timely online communication with the client to help them complete the delivery of the machine.
We hope our team will continue to deliver specialized solutions for projects in different countries, allowing high-quality Chinese-made laboratory instruments to serve even more international users.
2.Efficiency and Responsibility—Always in Action
In July, we were also busy preparing shipments for our overseas clients. The Egyptian client’s goods were delivered on schedule this month. I personally went to the warehouse together with my colleagues to supervise the loading of the container, making sure all goods were securely packed and loaded safely. This hands-on approach ensures our customers can receive their shipments with confidence and peace of mind.
Before every trip or holiday, all AELAB team members work proactively and efficiently to complete shipment arrangements, ensuring that every laboratory instrument order is delivered on time. Upon returning, everyone quickly resumes work to handle any backlogs, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Whether at work or during travel, AELAB always values efficiency and teamwork, achieving the perfect balance between productivity and relaxation.
3.Monthly Review & Book Sharing: Empowering All to Grow
At the end of every month, AELAB holds regular review meetings and book sharing sessions—not simply to create an atmosphere, but to ensure every team member stays aligned with company development, continually expands their knowledge, and actively participates in the growth of the business.

5.Highlights of the Guilin Trip
As the busy first half of the year concluded successfully, AELAB organized a three-day team-building trip to Guilin in July to reward the hard work of all team members. This memorable journey not only offered everyone a chance to relax and recharge but also further strengthened our team spirit as we move toward new goals together.
Day 1: Discovering Guilin and Local Cuisine
Upon arrival in Guilin, our team enjoyed local specialties such as taro braised pork and white-cut chicken. In the afternoon, we climbed Chuanshan Park’s Chuannanting Pavilion to enjoy panoramic views of the city. The evening included a visit to the iconic Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas and an authentic bowl of Guilin rice noodles, perfectly wrapping up our first day.
That night, we also celebrated the birthdays of Ella and Axel together as a team. The warm wishes and joyful moments made the evening even more special. Happy Birthday to Ella and Axel!
Day 2: Scenic Landscapes and Cultural Experiences
Guided by a local expert, we visited the famous RMB 20-Yuan scenic spot and Silver Cave. We then took a bamboo raft on the Yulong River, marveling at the picturesque landscapes along the Li River. Lunch featured delicious local dishes like bamboo chicken and beer fish. The evening was spent strolling along West Street in Yangshuo, enjoying music, games, and friendly conversation in a cozy pub.
Day 3: Li River Cruise and Ancient Town Stroll
The day began with a Li River cruise, offering breathtaking views of Guilin’s world-renowned karst mountains. After lunch at a local restaurant, we explored the historic Xingping Ancient Town. In the afternoon, we returned home by high-speed train, concluding the trip on a high note.
