The AE-SP4000 uses ARM microcomputer control with advanced signal processing to maintain reproducibility, data integrity, and reliable UV-Visible spectrophotometry.
The AELAB AE-SP4000 double-beam UV-Visible spectrophotometer integrates USB data export, Bluetooth functionality, and CSV reporting to support GLP-aligned documentation. With a high-resolution C-T structure monochromator and a precision optical platform, the AE-SP4000 stabilizes wavelength accuracy, reduces drift, and improves long-term measurement consistency.
The AELAB AE-SP4000 Series is built on an integrated aviation-grade aluminum alloy baseplate with a precision-machined mirror holder to ensure long-term optical stability. The AE-SP4000 incorporates a high-resolution C-T structure monochromator and a 1200 line/mm grating optical system for stable wavelength dispersion and reproducible UV-Visible analysis. Independently designed lamp replacement windows with flange-style positioning support controlled maintenance of the Deuterium lamp and Tungsten lamp.
The AELAB AE-SP4000 UV-Visible spectrophotometer quantifies sample absorbance and transmittance by selecting a defined wavelength within 190–1100 nm and measuring optical attenuation through the sample. Instrument electronics process photodetector signals to calculate Abs, %T, concentration factors, and spectral outputs. In scanning modes, the AE-SP4000 measures optical responses at defined intervals to generate spectra, identify peaks and valleys, and store traceable analytical results.
The AELAB AE-SP4000 Series supports U Disk export, Bluetooth data output, and upload to PC by USB port. Data are stored in CSV format for compatibility with laboratory reporting workflows and external analysis tools. Software supports one-click upgrades and Bluetooth printing options as described in the AE-SP4000 feature set.
