The AELAB AE-SP3000 Series UV-Visible Spectrophotometer combines high-resolution Czerny-Turner optical design with advanced ARM microcomputer technology to deliver excellent stability, reproducibility, and accuracy across the 190–1100 nm range. Its data management system supports USB export, one-click software upgrades, and Bluetooth printing for seamless integration into GLP laboratories.
The instrument features a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen with dual touch and button operation for ease of use even with gloves. Each unit is manufactured under 32 quality control points to ensure durability and optical stability. Its aviation-grade Aluminum alloy baseplate and precision-machined mirror holder enhance mechanical rigidity and long-term alignment.
The AE-SP3000 uses a C-T monochromator with 1200 line/mm diffraction grating. It is built on an Aviation-grade Aluminum alloy optical base and fitted with high-quality Deuterium and Tungsten lamps for stable UV and Visible illumination. A four-slot manual sample rack accommodates 5–50 mm cuvettes for varied sample types.
The spectrophotometer measures absorbance and transmittance by detecting intensity differences between incident and transmitted light. It supports single or multi-wavelength scans, time-based kinetic measurement, and quantitative analysis using stored standard curves with first-, second-, or third-order curve fitting and dual-wavelength correction.
Data is exported in CSV format via USB drive or direct PC upload. The AE-SP3000 supports GLP data traceability and optional PC control software for extended spectral analysis and remote operation.
