The AELAB AE-BK103 Biological Microscope uses an integrated mechanical stage (182 mm × 140 mm) with a two-slide holder to stabilize specimen positioning during bright field microscopy and phase contrast microscopy. The AE-BK103 platform supports Seidentopf binocular and Seidentopf trinocular heads inclined 30° and rotatable 360°, with interpupillary distance adjustment from 48 mm to 76 mm for ergonomic laboratory observation. A swing-out condenser with N.A. 0.9/0.13 and iris diaphragm enhances contrast control for multi-objective imaging.
The AELAB AE-BK103 Biological Microscope measures and visualizes specimen morphology by transmitting regulated illumination through the sample and focusing the image through infinity plan objectives and wide field eyepieces. For phase contrast microscopy, the AE-BK103 microscope uses a phase contrast condenser with matching phase contrast objective set (10× / 20× / 40× / 100×) to convert phase shifts into intensity differences, improving visibility of transparent biological cells. Optional dark field condensers enable scattering-based observation for 4×–40× objectives (dry) and 100× objectives (wet). With the optional epi fluorescence unit, the AE-BK103 Fluorescence Microscope configuration excites fluorophores via UV/V/B/G filter channels and measures emitted fluorescence through the objective imaging path.
