The AELAB DM0412 features a compact benchtop housing with dual protection layers for enhanced operational safety. High-strength plastic rotors (A12-10P and A6-50P) provide excellent mechanical balance during rapid acceleration. An LCD interface displays speed, RCF, time, and operational status. The brushless DC motor delivers maintenance-free operation, low noise, and stable rotational control across the full 300–4500 rpm range.
The centrifuge stabilizes samples using controlled rotational force, allowing separation of serum, plasma, buffy coat, and other biological components. Operators can select RPM or RCF, set timed or continuous runs, and regulate acceleration and braking using programmed profiles. Safety sensors monitor lid position, overspeed conditions, and internal diagnostics, ensuring reliable performance throughout each run.
The DM0412 integrates seamlessly into clinical and research workflows with digital control, LCD monitoring, and GLP-style traceability features. USB or PC software connectivity is not included, ensuring simplified stand-alone operation ideal for routine bench use.
