The AELAB KH-3000Plus thin layer chromatography scanner is an all-round TLC analytical system designed for high-precision quantitative and qualitative thin layer chromatography. By integrating photometric scanning and advanced imaging detection, the KH-3000Plus enables simultaneous acquisition of spectral and image data for enhanced analytical accuracy.
Equipped with automated fluorescence filter switching, continuous variable apertures, and image trajectory tracking, the AELAB KH-3000Plus ensures stable, reproducible TLC analysis compliant with GMP, GLP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
The AELAB KH-3000Plus thin layer chromatography scanner adopts a modular optical design incorporating tungsten, deuterium, and mercury lamps with automatic switching. A holographic grating monochromator and high-stability photomultiplier tube are integrated into a rigid analytical frame, ensuring optical stability and long-term scanning reproducibility.
The KH-3000Plus performs thin layer chromatography analysis using reflectance absorption, transmittance absorption, and fluorescence detection. Image-guided linear scanning automatically tracks chromatographic trajectories, while dual detectors simultaneously collect densitometric and imaging data for accurate Rf determination and quantitative evaluation.
The AELAB KH-3000Plus thin layer chromatography scanner connects via USB interface and operates under Windows 7 or Windows 10. It integrates seamlessly with automatic TLC developers, quantitative sprayers, immersion developers, and AELAB thin layer chromatography peripheral systems. Data export and electronic signature functions support compliant laboratory workflows.
The AELAB KH-3000Plus thin layer chromatography scanner is widely used for pharmaceutical analysis, Chinese medicine fingerprint mapping, herbal medicine quality control, food safety testing, environmental monitoring, biochemical research, and material analysis requiring high-resolution TLC quantification.
The AELAB KH-3000Plus is designed to support ISO-based laboratory workflows and complies with GMP, GLP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Calibration stability, traceable data management, electronic signatures, and controlled user access ensure reliable quality assurance for regulated analytical laboratories.
