The AELAB TDL5-ZF centrifuge features a floor-standing enclosure with a reinforced internal chamber. The centrifuge chamber integrates a refrigeration system for precise temperature stabilization. An electric lid mechanism enables automated opening and closing, while an integrated UV lamp sterilizes the chamber lid surface. Multiple swing and angle rotors allow flexible configuration for different PRP and stem cell processing protocols.
The AELAB TDL5-ZF centrifuge separates biological components by applying controlled centrifugal force up to 5220 × g. A microprocessor regulates rotational speed, acceleration, deceleration, and temperature. Fixed PRP, PRF, and CGF programs enable direct operation, while free-setting modes allow protocol customization for stem cell and SVF preparation.
